2025 TSBVI LOW VISION CONFERENCE

Learning and Literacy Media Decisions for Students with Low Vision

The Learning/Literacy Media Assessment (LMA) is a critical document in a student’s educational program. The Low Vision Conference will focus on using LMA data to determine and implement the use of MultiMedia (e.g., print, braille, audio) for a student with low vision who may or may not use print. These decisions affect students’ performance in home, school, and community. The focus will be on applying LMA data, rather than instructions on how to write the LMA. The conference is open to professionals in the field of visual impairment and families.

Come join us on Friday, May 16 at the Region 13 Service Center at 5701 Springdale Rd. in Austin. Register here!
