To help us keep track of our vendors, please complete the Request to Exhibit Form and someone from our SWOMA planning committee will be in touch with you to discuss your exhibit options. 

All companies and/or individuals interested in exhibiting at the 2019 Southwest Orientation and Mobility Association (SWOMA) Conference should complete this form. SWOMA will be held at The Fredonia Hotel & Conference Center, 200 N. Fredonia Street, Nacogdoches, Texas on November 1 - 3, 2019. Once the form is submitted you will be contacted by one of our SWOMA volunteers with more details about exhibiting at the event. 

Please send checks to TSBVI Outreach Programs, 1100 W. 45th Street, Austin, TX 78756, Attn: Miriam Miramontes and indicate “SWOMA Exhibitor” on your check. The cost per table is $50.  However, due to limited space, we are only able to allow one table per vendor. The cost of an ad in the session guide varies from $100 - $400.
