TSBVI charges a 15% shipping and handling fee for all print orders.

No, the TSBVI store can not accept purchase orders. All purchase orders must be sent via email to [email protected].

All orders are received within two weeks of the date that you placed your order.

After you place your order for an electronic publication you will receive an instantaneous email with a link to download the publication.

Tax will appear on all orders at checkout. After you check out you will be redirected to the payment portal and you will see that no tax has been applied to your order if you reside outside of Texas. Tax is only applied to orders for residents of Texas.

Yes, we can bill to a P.O. Box address, but the address must match the address on the credit card.

No. We use FedEx, and they cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
