What is Outreach?
Outreach Programs at Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired (TSBVI) provides statewide services to students, families, and all those who support students who are blind, deafblind, or have low vision.
TSBVI Outreach works alongside families, educators, and service providers in communities throughout the state. While our roles and settings may differ, we are connected by a shared commitment to belonging, engagement, and meaningful educational opportunities for our students.
Services include expert consultation, training, family engagement, and access to resources like assistive technology, braille materials, and professional development.
Designed to build local capacity and promote student independence, these services are free to families and low-cost to Texas school districts.
