Exhibit Hall Details

Texas Focus 2026 is excited to have an exhibit hall showcase of 20 different agencies, organizations, and companies that support VI professionals, students, and families. We encourage all attendees to visit the hall to network with exhibitors and learn more about their valuable products and services.

We are deeply grateful to this year’s exhibitors for their vital support of the conference, including their time, generous sponsorships, and door prizes.

Door prize winners will be announced throughout the conference. Remember, you must be present to win. If your name is called, head over to the exhibitor’s booth to claim your prize.

Hours and Location

  • Thursday, June 4 • 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. • Austin Marriott North Atrium
  • Friday, June 5 • 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. • Austin Marriott North Atrium

Layout

The exhibit is located in the Atrium close to the hotel lobby. It is separated by the Atrium half-wall. The exhibit space features food and drink tables in the center with thirteen exhibit booths arranged along three walls. Each booth consists of a 6-by-2.5-foot table, as follows: Top wall (by the Ballroom doors): Registration and Help table Right wall: Booths 1 to 4 Bottom wall (by Atrium half-wall): Booths 5 to 8 Left wall: Booths 9 to 13
