2025 Southwest Orientation & Mobility Conference (Virtual)
The Southwest Orientation & Mobility Conference is back, and this November we will be offering the conference in a virtual format via Zoom. We can’t wait for you to join us!
We are excited to bring the conference to you in a virtual format to help ease your travel concerns and expand our reach with a timely and informative keynote and breakout sessions, as well as the opportunity to connect with exhibitors.
This year’s theme is “Transitions: How We Support the Various Stages of Life.” Over 13 hours of CEU’s (ACVREP and SBEC) are available.

Pre-Conference: November 6th (Optional)
Main Conference: November 7th & 8th
Registration Fees
- Professionals – $100.00 (Early) & $125.00 (Late)
- Family Members, Univ. Students & Paras – $25.00 (Early) & $50.00 (Late)
Late registration begins October 1, 2025 @ 5:00 PM Central!
Registration closes on October 25, 2025 @ 5:00 PM Central!

Notice: A late cancellation/no-show fee of $25.00 may be applied to registrations that are not canceled by October 25th @ 5:00 PM.
