Alert message

If your academic student has been accepted into a school year Short-Term program, the next step will be to either fill out a new application for that student or edit/update one from a previous year. If you have yet to register, you must do this first in order to login.

  • Log In
  • Click “Student Tab”
  • Under the “School Year” heading follow the link that reads: “Application Form”
  • Either search for the student using the tool provided or locate them in the table.
  • Under the column labelled “Available Applications”, click “School Year”.
  • This will open a page that will display 4 parts of your student’s application that need to be complete. Continue in how-to for more support on each form.
