Vegetarian Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- ½ onion, chopped
- 1 8-ounce package sliced mushrooms
- 1 26-32 ounce jar spaghetti sauce
- ½ teaspoon rosemary
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- Olive oil
- Sauté vegetables in olive oil until tender 5-7 minutes.
- Add sauce and spices to vegetables. Heat thoroughly on medium.
