Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. stew meat
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 can (15-oz.) crushed tomatoes
- 1 tsp. lemon pepper
- ½ thyme
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- 4 cups water
- 1 pkg. frozen stew vegetables
- 1 cup of cooked rice or noodles, optional
Instructions:
- In Dutch oven, brown meat in the oil.
- Add the remaining ingredients, except the rice or noodles.
- Cover and simmer 2 hours.
- Add rice or noodles, if desired.
- Serve.
