Taco Soup
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. ground meat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes with
- 1 tsp. garlic
- ½ tsp. pepper
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
- 1 can hominy, with juice
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 can pinto beans, with juice
- 1 can Ranch style beans, with juice
- 1 can whole kernel corn, with juice
- 6 cups water
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
Instructions:
- In Dutch oven, brown beef with onion and drain.
- Add Rotel tomatoes.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Simmer 1 ½ hours.
- Add garlic.
- Serve with cornbread or tortillas.
Makes enough for a crowd!
