Swanson Fish Fillet w/Macaroni and Cheese and Green Beans (10 ounces)

Microwave Instructions:

1. Remove plastic film cover from fish. Poke holes in plastic over each remaining item.
2. Microwave on HIGH 4 to 4½ minutes.
3. Let stand 1 minute in microwave oven.
4. Stir macaroni and cheese before serving.

Conventional Oven Instructions:

Do not prepare in toaster oven.

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Remove plastic cover from fish. Poke holes in plastic over each remaining item.
• Place tray on COOKIE SHEET on middle oven rack. Bake 30 minutes.
• Stir macaroni and cheese before serving.

NOTE: Temperatures above 350 degrees and/or failure to use a COOKIE SHEET may cause damage to the tray, food and/or oven.
