- 8-10 pork chops
- 4-5 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper
- Brown pork chops in 3 tablespoons oil.
- Place sliced potatoes in layers in 9 x 13” baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place pork chops on top of potatoes.
- Salt and pepper.
- Pour soup over all.
- Bake in a 350-degree oven for 1-½ hours.
