Skinner Thin Spaghetti
Instructions:
Entire Package (24 oz.):
- Heat 7 quarts of water and 4 teaspoons salt to a rolling boil.
- Gradually stir in pasta; return to boiling.
- Boil, uncovered, 9 to 11 minutes, stirring occasionally. For best results, DO NOT OVERCOOK.
- Drain well. Toss immediately with sauce or coat with 3 tablespoons olive oil, butter, or margarine, if desired.
Half Package (12 oz.):
- Yields about 6-3/4 cup cooked or 6 servings.
- For 12 oz. of pasta, use 4 quarts of water and 2 teaspoons of salt.
- Cook according to directions above.
- Toss immediately with sauce or coat with 2 tablespoons olive oil, butter, or margarine, if desired.
