- Empty 1 envelope of the mix into shaker bag.
- Moisten chops with water or milk.
- Shake off excess liquid.
- Shake 1-2 chops at a time in bag until evenly coated.
- Arrange chops in a shallow pan in a single layer.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes for ½-inch chops and 40 to 45 minutes for 1-inch chops
One envelope coats approximately 8 chops.
