SHAKE ‘n BAKE – Original Chicken Flavor


  1. Empty 1 envelope of the mix into shaker bag.
  2. Moisten chicken with water.
  3. Shake off excess liquid.
  4. Shake moistened chicken 1-2 pieces at a time in bag until evenly coated.
  5. Arrange chops in a shallow pan in a single layer.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees in ungreased or foil-lined 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan until cooked through.

Bone-in: 45 minutes; Boneless: 20 minutes

Do not cover or turn chicken during baking.

One envelope coats approximately 6-8 pieces (bone-in or 2 lbs boneless).
