Sausage Egg Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. bulk breakfast sausage
- 6 eggs
- ¾ cup Bisquick
- 3 cups milk
- 1 ½ cup grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1-2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- The cooked sausage
Instructions:
- Heat oven to 325 degrees.
- Grease 9 x 13-inch glass casserole. Set aside.
- In large skillet, brown the sausage.
- Set aside.
- In large mixing bowl, mix together eggs, Bisquick, milk, cheese, mustard, butter.
- Spread in the casserole dish.
- Bake 1 hour.
Yield: 8-10 servings
