8 large potatoes, peeled, cut into chunks and boiled
1 pint sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
⅓ cup chopped green onions
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
¼ cup melted butter or margarine
¾ cup crushed cornflakes
Mix sour cream, soup, onion and cheese in large bowl. Add potato chunks.
Put mixture in 9×13-inch pan. Pour melted butter on top.
Sprinkle cornflakes on top.
Bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes.
