Potato Casserole
Ingredients:
- 8 large potatoes, peeled, cut into chunks and boiled
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- ⅓ cup chopped green onions
- 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup melted butter or margarine
- ¾ cup crushed cornflakes
Instructions:
- Mix sour cream, soup, onion and cheese in large bowl. Add potato chunks.
- Put mixture in 9×13-inch pan. Pour melted butter on top.
- Sprinkle cornflakes on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes.
