North of the Border Pozole
Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large can hominy
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 can diced green chiles
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in bottom of crock pot in the order listed.
- Cover.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Yield: Makes 4 servings.
