Lemon Frosting
Ingredients:
- 2½ cups powdered sugar
- ¼ cup melted butter or margarine
- ⅛ teaspoon grated lemon rind
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cream or evaporated milk
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth. If too thick, add a little more cream or milk. If too thin, add a little more powdered sugar.
