Lea and Perrins Herbed Burgers
Ingredients:
- 1 LB. ground beef
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil, parsley or cilantro leaves
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat grill 5 minutes.
- In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; shape into 4 patties.
- Grill patties 7 to 8 minutes or according to your preference.
Makes 4 servings.
