Jello Cherry Cheesecake
Instructions:
For crust:
- In 8- or 9-inch pie plate, mix Crust Mix, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 6 tablespoons of melted butter OR margarine, and 1 tablespoon of water until crumbs are well moistened.
- Press firmly over bottom and sides of pie plate and using your finger to shape the edge.
For filling:
- Pour 1½ cups cold milk into bowl. Add filling mix. Blend at low speed of speed of mixer. Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes. Filling will be very thick. Pour into crust. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
