Instructions:

  1. In Dutch oven, melt butter; saute onion for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients; blend well.
  3. Cover; simmer for 20-30 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove bay leaf.
