Hill Country Fare Pork Seasoned Baking Mix


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Moisten pork chops with water or milk.
  3. Shake off excess.
  4. Measure amount of mixture into a bowl or shaker bag.
  5. Shake or coat 1 or 2 pork chops at a time with mixture. Discard any unused mixture remaining in bag or bowl.
  6. Bake uncovered on ungreased or foil-lined baking sheet, using times listed or until cooked through.
  7. Do not turn chops during baking.
