Hamburger Helper Four Cheese Lasagna

Stove top Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Brown hamburger meat in 10-inch skillet; drain.
  2. Stir in ¾ cup milk, hot water, Sauce Mix.
  3. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in uncooked pasta.
  5. Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 13 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender (sauce will thicken as it stands).
  6. Stir ¼ cup of milk and Topping Mix in bowl 30 seconds; set aside.
  7. Remove from heat. Pour topping over beef mixture.

Microwave Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Crumble 1 pound hamburger meat into 2½ quart microwavable casserole or bowl.
  2. Microwave uncovered on High 3 to 5 minutes, breaking up beef after 3 minutes, until brown; drain.
  3. Stir in sauce mix, 2¼ cups boiling water, ¾ cup milk and uncooked Pasta.
  4. Microwave uncovered on High 10 to 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until pasta is tender (sauce will thicken as it stands). Dish will be hot.
  5. Meanwhile, stir in ¼ cup milk and Topping Mix in bowl 30 seconds; set aside.
  6. Pour topping over beef mixture.
