Five Spice Baked Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups rice
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 3 cups boiling water
- 1 teaspoon Five spice
- 10 chicken legs
- 1 Carrot, chopped
- 1 minced garlic
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- Pepper, dash
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Spray nonstick spray onto sides and bottom of 13” x 9” baking pan.
- Place first four ingredients into pan.
- Place chicken on top.
- Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
