Egg O’Muffin



  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place English muffin on baking dish.
  3. Heat in oven for 5-10 minutes.
  4. While muffin is heating, beat egg and milk together.
  5. Set aside.
  6. In skillet, heat oil and ham.
  7. Remove ham from skillet; set aside.
  8. In same skillet, cook egg mixture, stirring constantly until done. (Cook on low heat about 3-5 minutes.) Or, you may use an egg ring to form a patty shaped egg rather than scrambled eggs.
  9. Open English muffin.
  10. Place ham, egg, and slice of cheese inside muffin.
