Egg in a Ham Cup



  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Spray 4 custard cups or 4 muffin cups with non-stick spray.
  3. Press each slice of ham into one of the cups so it takes the form of the cup.
  4. Break 1 egg into each slice of ham.
  5. Pour 1 tsp. milk over each egg.
  6. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika if desired.
  7. Bake in oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
  8. Loosen each ham cup and lift out onto a plate.
  9. Serve.

Yield: Makes 4 servings.
