Crunchy Chicken n’ Rice
Ingredients:
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups chicken
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 can cut green beans (drained)
- 1 jar of mushrooms, drained
- 2 tablespoons chopped pimento
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 cup French fried onions
Instructions:
- Combine soup and milk. Mix well.
- Stir in chicken, beans, mushrooms, pimiento ½ cup cheese and ½ can fried onions.
- Pour into crock-pot sprayed with non-stick spray. Cook for 4 hours on low.
