Crock Pot Clam Chowder
Ingredients:
- 3 cans Potato soup
- 2 cans New England clam chowder soup
- ½ cup butter
- 1 small onion; diced
- 1 pint Half & half
- 2 cans Clams; chopped
Instructions:
- Mix all and simmer in crock-pot for 2-4 hours.
- Can also be made on stove top.
Yield: 1 serving
