Crispy Fried Chicken



  1. In a large resealable plastic bag or bowl, combine 1 ½ cups flour, garlic powder, paprika, pepper and poultry seasoning.
  2. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then shake or dredge in flour mixture.
  3. In a deep-fat fryer, heat oil to 365 degrees.
  4. Fry chicken, several pieces at a time, for about 10-15 minutes, turning once or until the chicken is golden brown and crispy and the juices run clear.
  5. Drain on paper towels.

Yield:  8 servings.
