Chueletas De Puerco Rancheras de Gilberto (Ranch-Style Pork Chops, Gilbert Style)
- 8-10 pork chops, ½ inch thick
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- ¼ to ½ onion, minced
- 1 cup water
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons tomato bouillon
- Chop garlic and onion.
- Brown pork chops in garlic and onion with oil, after chops are browned add tomato bouillon with cup of water.
- Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
