Chili Cheese Puff
Ingredients:
- 10 eggs
- ½ cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 (16-oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese
- 1 lb. or 4 cups Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 lb. or 4 cups Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 (4-oz.) can diced green chiles
Instructions:
- Beat eggs until light and lemon colored.
- Blend in flour, baking powder, salt, cheese, and butter until smooth.
- Stir in diced green chiles.
- Pour into well-greased 13×9-inch baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Yield: 4-6 servings.
