- 3 whole chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
- 3 slices Swiss cheese, cut in half
- 3 slices ham, cut in half
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- ¼ cup milk
- Flatten chicken slightly.
- Top each piece with cheese slice and then ham
- In 10” skillet brown chicken pieces, chicken side down, in butter.
- Combine the soup and milk and pour over the chicken breasts.
- Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
