Chicken Breast Mexicana
- Raw Chicken breasts
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Chopped onion (to taste)
- Chopped jalapeno (to taste)
- Put chicken breasts in a casserole dish.
- Pour sauce over chicken.
- Bake at 350 degrees for an hour.
- Top with cheese, onions and jalapenos.
- Serve over rice and with salad.
