2-4 cups cheese
1 can enchilada sauce
12 corn tortillas
2 teaspoons margarine
Get out the tortillas and margarine.
Get a microwaveable plate.
Put a paper towel on the plate.
Butter each corn tortilla with a little margarine and then stack each tortilla on the plate.
Keep this up until you have buttered about 12 tortillas.
Put another paper towel on top of the tortillas.
Heat them in the microwave for 1 minute.
Set the oven to 350 degrees.
Open the can of enchilada sauce and get a big spoon to scoop out sauce. Put that aside.
Grease the baking pan you plan to use.
Take a tortilla and put it in the baking pan and put cheese on it. Roll it up.
Repeat this until you have rolled up all the tortillas.
Pour the enchilada sauce over the enchiladas and use the spoon to spread it over all the enchiladas.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Put it in oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
