Cheese Enchiladas
Ingredients:
- 2-4 cups cheese
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 12 corn tortillas
- 2 teaspoons margarine
Instructions:
- Get out the tortillas and margarine.
- Get a microwaveable plate.
- Put a paper towel on the plate.
- Butter each corn tortilla with a little margarine and then stack each tortilla on the plate.
- Keep this up until you have buttered about 12 tortillas.
- Put another paper towel on top of the tortillas.
- Heat them in the microwave for 1 minute.
- Set the oven to 350 degrees.
- Open the can of enchilada sauce and get a big spoon to scoop out sauce. Put that aside.
- Grease the baking pan you plan to use.
- Take a tortilla and put it in the baking pan and put cheese on it. Roll it up.
- Repeat this until you have rolled up all the tortillas.
- Pour the enchilada sauce over the enchiladas and use the spoon to spread it over all the enchiladas.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Put it in oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
