Broccoli and Rice Casserole – 2
Ingredients:
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 10-oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions:
- Sauté onion in butter in large saucepan.
- Add soup, milk, and cheese.
- Cook over low heat until cheese melts.
- Stir in the broccoli and rice.
Yield: 4 servings
