Breakfast Casserole – II



  1. Brown sausage and drain.
  2. Cook potatoes until brown and add to sausage mixture.
  3. Grease 9 x 13 casserole dish.
  4. Cover bottom and sides of 9 x 13 casserole dish with crescent rolls.
  5. Spread sausage, cheese and potatoes on top of crescent rolls.
  6. Add salt and pepper to the eggs and whip.
  7. Pour whipped eggs over top of mixture in pan.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees 40 to 45 minutes.
