Breakfast Casserole – I
Ingredients:
- 1 – 8 oz. can crescent rolls
- 1 – 1 lb. pkg. ground sausages (Hot)
- 4 eggs (beaten)
- ¾ c. milk
- ¼ tsp. salt
- Pepper to taste
- 2 cups grated Mozzarella Cheese (buy the package that’s already grated!)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Place sausage in skillet and crumble while browning.
- Place crescent rolls in bottom of a 9×13” pan.
- Sprinkle cheese and sausage on top of rolls.
- In separate bowl mix eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well and pour on top of cheese and sausage.
- Place in preheated oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
