Betty Crocker Wild Blueberry Muffin Mix
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Grease bottoms of medium muffin cups or use paper baking cups.
- DRAIN blueberries.
- Blend 1 egg and ½ cup milk with a fork.
- Stir in muffin mix just until moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.)
- Fold blueberries into batter. Fill muffin cups ½ full.
- Bake until light golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Makes about 12 muffins.
