Betty Crocker Tuna Helper Creamy Pasta
Ingredients:
- 3 cups hot water
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons margarine or butter
- 1 can (6 ounces) tuna, drained
Stove top Instructions:
- Stir together in 10-inch skillet:
- hot water
- milk
- margarine
- uncooked Pasta
- sauce
- Mix and tuna.
- Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
- Remove from heat and uncover (sauce will thicken as it stands).
Oven Instructions:
- Heat oven to 425 degrees.
- Stir together in ungreased 2-quart casserole:
- 3 cups hot water,
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons margarine or butter
- 1 can (6 ounces) tuna, drained
- Cover and bake about 25 minutes or until pasta is tender (sauce will thicken as it stands).
- Carefully remove cover.
Microwave Instructions:
- Stir together in 2 ½ -quart microwavable casserole or bowl:
- 3 cups hot water,
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons margarine or butter
- 1 can (6 ounces) tuna, drained
- Microwave on High 10 to 14 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until pasta is tender (sauce will thicken as it stands). Dish will be hot.
