Betty Crocker Scalloped Potatoes
Instructions:
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Empty potatoes and sauce mix into an ungreased 1½ -quart casserole dish.
- Stir in 2½ cups boiling water, ⅔-cup milk and 2 tablespoons butter.
- Bake uncovered until potatoes are tender (30-35 minutes).
- Let stand a few minutes before serving.
