8-10 corn tortillas or tostadas
3 cups refried beans
½ iceberg lettuce head, shredded
2 cups grated cheese
3 tomatoes, chopped
Place tostada shells on cookie sheet or plate. Put 2 to 3 tablespoons beans onto shell and spread evenly.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake at 300 degrees until cheese melts or microwave for 1 minute or until cheese melts.
Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes.
