Aunt Jemima Buttermilk Complete Pancake and Waffle Mix
- 2 cups pancake mix
- 1-½ cups water
- Heat skillet over medium-low heat or electric griddle to 375 degrees
- Stir mix and water; stir with wire whisk until big lumps disappear. (Over mixing may toughen pancakes).
- Pour slightly less than ¼ cup batter for each pancake onto lightly greased skillet or griddle.
- Turn when pancakes bubble and bottoms are golden brown.
Makes 12 to 18 pancakes.
