Atole de Arroz (Spanish rice pudding)
Ingredients:
- 3 cups milk
- ⅔ cup rice
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, combine milk and rice. Cook 15 minutes over medium heat.
- Add sugar, cinnamon, and raisins. Cover and cook 15-20 minutes.
- Serve warm.
Serves 4-6.
