This training will provide an overview of assistive technology resources available through TSBVI Outreach. We will navigate the Outreach Tech Loan program including how to submit requests, expectations for use, and loan timelines for both digital and active learning equipment. It will also review how Federal Quota Funds are used in Texas to purchase materials from American Printing House for the Blind (APH). From request to resources to returns, participants will gain an understanding of the process for acquiring APH materials, where to locate support resources for implementation and how to return items no longer needed by eligible students.
