Family members, who also serve as family engagement professionals, will share insights from their diverse cultural, linguistic, and socio-economic backgrounds on fostering meaningful engagement. This session explores strategies for honoring unique family journeys, promoting equitable access to resources, and building respectful, authentic relationships. Attendees will gain practical tools for engaging with families in ways that respect their cultural and socio-economic contexts, empowering them to meet families where they are and support their growth.
