The team competes at South Central Assoc. of Schools for the Blind in April. Students can try out running independently or with a guide runner.

Track and field is a sport that includes athletic contests based on running, jumping and throwing skills. Our school participates in SCASB for these events. All students can try out for the team that consists of 12 boys and 12 girls. The team practices Monday-Thursday during track season. This sport follows the N.F.H.S. Rule book. The students may participate in Regional Paralympic events.
