TSBVI provides art, music, and theater experiences for students as well as athletics including goalball, wrestling, cheerleading, swimming, and track and field.

Athletics
The TSBVI Athletic Department gives students an opportunity to try a variety of sports in a managed, safe, and learning environment.
Recreation
The Recreation department offers a variety of activities including yoga, recreational swimming, rockwall climbing, tandem biking, music, games, and movie nights.
South Central Association of Schools for the Blind
SCASB consists of Blind Schools from Alabama, Louisiana, Georgia, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Texas. Host school rotation depends on whose turn it is.
