Employee Information
TSBVI shall annually provide to each employee an educational pamphlet about:
- Methods of transmission and prevention of HIV infection;
- State laws relating to the transmission of HIV infection; and
- Conduct that may result in the transmission of HIV infection.

New Employee
The educational pamphlet provided annually to employees shall be provided to a newly hired employee on the first day of employment.
