Electrifying News – October 7th Board Meeting
On Monday, October 7th, the Board of Trustees will be meeting in the Boardroom in Building 600 at 10:15a. Congratulations to the many students who will be recognized for STAAR testing achievement. The full agenda can be found online.
The Burnet Gate used to enter the west side of campus is now accessible utilizing your badge. When entering campus, please be sure to swipe your badge even if you’re behind another vehicle. No badge is needed to exit, just pull forward close to the gate on the right side of the road, and it will open by swinging away from you. When leaving, you can follow a vehicle out and the gate will not close on your car.
Students within Comprehensive Programs will be traveling home on Thursday this week as Friday is a staff development day. There will be breakfast tacos available in the Pavillion near Building 605 around 8:45a for those staff working on campus Friday. Also on October 4th, the AC will be down on the west side of the 2nd floor in Building 600 while repairs are completed.
